Hi,
I’ve had an idea for a while about scraping covers and metadata from pirate bittorrent feeds. Are you interested in collaborating on this? Most of it will be legal, which is what I’m interested in, and you can do what you want.
Also: if you turn up anything interesting and legal during this effort and want to share it, I’ve started a site to find, host and distribute interesting raw datasets: http://infochimps.org.

Hi Philip,
Great site. Looks like you have lots of content. Though I’m not sure that my audience is the best kind of exposure for it
I can’t take on new projects at this point, but I am curious about the results you might get. Let me know how it goes.
Torrent sites are great for scraping since many of them are not too careful about bots. One of my favorite places for keyword research is http://www.mininova.org/cloud.
Cheers,
